Beautiful Dahlias in Full Bloom

One of the highlights of late summer has to be the arrival of dahlia season.

Recently, we spent a wonderful morning at Flora Fields at Webbs, Wychbold,wandering through rows of spectacular blooms and carefully selecting our own dahlias. From rich burgundies and fiery oranges to vibrant pinks, soft peaches and crisp whites, the variety of colours and forms is always inspiring.

The dahlias we picked were used in one of our Dahlia Arrangement Workshops, where guests created colourful late-summer arrangements while learning floristry techniques in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Each arrangement was completely unique, celebrating the incredible diversity of this much-loved flower.

The same freshly picked dahlias also featured in floral displays for a special celebration, where they were used to create abundant fireplace arrangements, elegant statement pieces and even made a spectacular centrepiece for the cake! Their bold colours and impressive blooms made them the perfect choice, adding warmth, texture and a real sense of occasion.

Working with flowers that have been picked so recently is one of the joys of the season. Dahlias have an unmistakable impact, bringing colour, character and a little bit of late-summer magic to every arrangement.
